“ Omg love the pho bowl with the broth it is so delicious. I added a little bit of hot spice yum finger licking good. Even tho it doesnt need it but I wanted spicy. My friend invited me to come here and eat again. I was impressed by one thing that I wish naruto in NY had a bigger bowl for your food. This time I got the house pho but wish the meats had flavor, the chicken and the beef was bland but like always the broth makes up for it and the shrimp. The Shirley Temple wasnt that great. ”

OMG we are blown away how amazing the food is!!!! Its cooked perfectly, tastes amazing, and might be the best Thai food weve ever had.. and were picky!!! We highly recommend stopping at their place in south Hadley... or wherever their food truck is!!! Five stars is less than I wouldve given. Theyre much better than 5 stars. ”

And then, there was Simon, the owner. He floated through the dining room, making each guest feel like they were the most important person in the world. Simon isnt just the heart of the place hes the spark, entertaining guests with stories that kept us laughing and completely at ease. At one point, he shared a story about the time Harrison Ford dined there, and he admitted he had no idea who Ford was! Its that kind of unfiltered charm that you dont forget. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken, and each bite was better than the last. The curry had a rich, creamy coconut milk base, balanced with just the right amount of savory and acidity. The texture was fantastic, with crinkled potatoes adding a unique touch and crunchy peppers that kept each mouthful interesting. Pineapples in the curry were a pleasant surprise. It isnt traditional, but it worked here, adding a sweet contrast that elevated the dish. Now I dont want curry any other way! And lets talk about the Thai iced teathis was on a different level, one of the best Ive ever had. Between the quality food, the service, and Simons stories, this restaurant is an absolute gema place that feels both familiar and adventurous. Its not often you find a place that nails food and hospitality like this. If youre looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is it. ”
